• I perform most Windows hardware and software upgrades and repairs on-site. 

• Some services, like complete system rebuilds and virus eradication, will need to be performed off-site.  I come and pick the system up, perform the work, and deliver the system back to you in a timely fashion.  Most jobs only take a one to two days.

• I work hard to find the best values for upgrade and replacement parts.  This keeps your cost for parts as low as possible.

• I can also help customize your software to fit your business needs.

REMOTE DIAGNOSTICS:

• Software can be installed on your systems that will allow me to perform remote diagnostics, maintenance and repairs.  When needed, I can connect to your computer for diagnostics or hand holding to answer your questions or repair some problems.
